Mayco UG-203 SQUASH YELLOW
A warm, saturated yellow that may shift towards orange at higher temperatures. It can be less intense in reduction.
Mayco Fundamentals is a ready-to-use underglaze for painting entire surfaces, designs, and details. For fuller coverage, typically apply 2–3 even coats, allowing each to dry.
Application: on greenware or bisque; mix thoroughly before use
For utilitarian ware, the decoration should be covered with an appropriate clear glaze suitable for the chosen firing temperature. The final color depends on the ceramic body, number of layers, firing temperature, and atmosphere, so we recommend conducting a test firing.
