Shipping policy

1. Delivery methods

Orders from the online store are delivered via:

  • InPost Parcel Lockers,

  • Courier,

  • Personal pickup for goods available at the Alike studio: ul. Jagiellońska 36, 03-719 Warsaw.

The delivery methods available for a given order are shown at checkout.

2. Order processing time

  • Orders paid by 13:00 are processed on the same business day or the next business day.

  • Orders paid after 13:00 are processed from the next business day.

Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

3. Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the selected carrier method:

  • InPost Parcel Lockers: usually 1–2 business days,

  • Courier: 1–2 business days.

Delivery may take longer for reasons beyond the store's control, such as carrier congestion or weather conditions.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown during checkout.
The price depends on the selected carrier and parcel size.

The Customer bears the shipping cost unless the offer or promotion states otherwise.

5. Personal pickup

Personal pickup is available at the AliKe studio:
ul. Jagiellońska 36, 03-719 Warszawa
during the studio opening hours listed on the website.

This service is free of charge.

6. Damage in transit

If you receive a parcel with visible damage, please:

  1. take photos of the parcel,

  2. complete a damage report with the courier (if possible),

  3. report the damage to: studio@alike.pl

This will make the claim process with the carrier easier.

7. Shipping of Marketplace products

Marketplace products are shipped directly by Creators.
In such cases:

  • the Creator is responsible for dispatching and securely packing the parcel,

  • the shipping fee is collected by AliKe and transferred to the Creator,

  • any delivery damage or claims should be addressed to the Creator.
