Mayco SW-167 Sand&Sea
A semi-transparent glaze combining sea blues and greens with warm, sandy tones. It creates natural color transitions on textured surfaces.
Mayco Stoneware glazes are designed for stoneware firing in oxidizing or reducing atmospheres. Apply them in even layers to clean bisque.
Application: on bisque, in layers with a brush; mix thoroughly before use
The final effect depends on the clay body color, the number and thickness of layers, and the firing curve and atmosphere. We recommend testing on a sample before applying to your final piece.
Firing temperature: 1200 – 1300 °C
