Mayco SW-142 Gray Matte
An opaque, neutral gray with a matte finish. It provides a calm, even surface and highlights the form of the vessel well.
Mayco Stoneware glazes are designed for stoneware firing in an oxidizing or reducing atmosphere. Apply them in even coats to clean bisque.
Application: on bisque, in layers with a brush; mix thoroughly before use
The final effect depends on the clay body color, number and thickness of layers, and the firing curve and atmosphere. We recommend making a test piece before applying to a finished work.
Firing temperature: 1200 – 1300 °C
