Information about goods and shipments
All products listed in the store are available in-store at our studio. If you need more photos or information, please don't hesitate to contact us. We ship packages within 48 hours, and shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart.

Customer service
We are available on weekdays from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., however, both the email and Instagram/Facebook inboxes are constantly monitored and we often respond outside of these hours.

We only accept reservations via our website, but if there are no places available at a time convenient for you, please contact us and we will see what we can do!
