Information about goods and shipments
All products listed in the store are available for in-person purchase at our studio. If you need more photos or information, please don't hesitate to contact us. We ship packages within 48 hours, and shipping costs are calculated in the cart.

Customer service
We are available on weekdays from 1 PM to 7 PM; however, both our email and Instagram/Facebook inboxes are constantly monitored by us, and we often respond outside of these hours as well.

We only accept bookings through our website, but if there are no available spots at a convenient time for you – write to us and we’ll see what we can do!
