Before booking your place, please read the following rules for booking and staying at the workshops.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
To reserve a place in the workshops, please complete the registration form and pay the advance payment as below.
Please remember that the reservation of a place is confirmed only upon receipt of payment to the Organizer's account based on the advance payment invoice received.
The number of places in the workshops is limited.
The price of the workshop is PLN 2,490 and is payable in two installments:
PLN 1.1000 payable by bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the advance payment invoice.
2. PLN 1,490 payable by bank transfer by August 29, 2025

INSURANCE AND LEGAL LIABILITY
The organizer does not include insurance in the package.
The organizer is not responsible for any health or material damage occurring during the stay.
Participants take full responsibility for their mental and physical health during their stay.
CHANGE OF WORKSHOP DATE
The organizer reserves the right to change the date of the workshop in the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing the workshop from taking place (e.g. illness of the workshop leader, random events, the situation in the country, an epidemic).
In the event of a change in the event date, the Organizer will immediately inform the Participants.
HEALTH CONDITION AND CONTRAINDICATIONS
Healthy people without medical contraindications can exercise during group classes and workshops in the gym.
People with health problems are obliged to inform about them
teacher before starting the exercises, as well as during them.
The organizers are not responsible for any negative health effects of the exercises.
The participant declares that he/she undertakes such activities at his/her own risk and
will bear full responsibility for any negative consequences of the activities undertaken.
USE OF PARTICIPANT'S IMAGE
The Organizer will document the workshop in the form of photographs and video recordings. Participation in the workshop constitutes the participant's consent to the free, time- and territorially-unlimited use of their image, captured in photographs or recordings, in materials reporting on the event or promoting the workshop.
EVENT CANCELLATION
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the event in the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond the Organizer's control.
In the event of an event being cancelled, the Organizer undertakes to inform participants directly by e-mail.
RETURN OR CHANGE OF PARTICIPANT DATA
Refunds will only be issued if the organizer or resort owner cancels the trip. Participant details may change. Please notify the organizer 5 days before the workshop begins.
OTHER
The Organizer is not liable for any damages resulting from circumstances beyond its control, such as fire, flood, strikes, border closures, etc., which may partially or completely disrupt the execution of the order. The Organizer reserves the right to change these regulations at any time during their validity, and will notify participants via email.
In cases not covered by the regulations, the final decision is made by the Organizer, in which case the Organizer undertakes to inform participants about the changes in due time.
