I declare that all products offered by me on AliKe Marketplace have been personally made by me or in my workshop, and I am their sole creator or have full and legal rights to sell them.

I confirm that the products offered by me, their descriptions, names, photos, designs, forms, and all materials published on AliKe Marketplace:

1. do not infringe copyrights, intellectual property rights, trademarks, patents, industrial design rights, or other rights of third parties;
   
2. do not constitute copies, unauthorized reproductions, or unauthorized adaptations of others' designs;
   
3. do not violate applicable laws, principles of fair trade, or good craftsmanship practices;
   
4. may be legally sold in Poland and the European Union.
   

I also declare that I have full rights to use the photographs, content, and descriptions attached to the products and that they do not infringe the rights of third parties or their personal rights.

I confirm that the data concerning my business status (private person / entrepreneur / VAT payer) are true, current, and in accordance with the legal status.

Information about the Marketplace operator

I acknowledge that AliKe Marketplace is operated by AliKe sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Jagiellońska 36, 03-719 Warsaw, which is solely the operator of the platform enabling the sale of products by independent creators.

AliKe sp. z o.o. is not a party to the sales agreement for products offered on the Marketplace. The sale takes place solely between me and the buyer.

Indemnification Clause

I undertake to fully release AliKe sp. z o.o. (the operator of AliKe Marketplace) from any legal, financial, and factual liability arising from third-party claims regarding the products offered by me, especially in the scope of copyright infringements, trademark infringements, intellectual property rights, personal rights, and applicable regulations.

In the event of any claims, complaints, cease and desist letters, or demands for compensation being made against AliKe sp. z o.o. related to my products, I undertake to:

1. immediately assume full responsibility for the matter;
   
2. provide AliKe sp. z o.o. with all information and documents necessary to clarify the matter;
   
3. fully cover all costs incurred by AliKe sp. z o.o.,
   
   including, but not limited to:
   – legal service costs,
   – costs of court and administrative proceedings,
   – costs of compensation, settlements, or other benefits resulting from third-party claims,
   – other expenses related to the violation of law by my actions.
   

I agree that full responsibility for the legality, safety, quality, and compliance of the products with the law rests solely with me as the seller, and AliKe sp. z o.o. is not responsible for the consequences of my activities or the content published by me on the Marketplace.

By accepting this declaration, I confirm that I have read its content, understand the scope of my responsibility, and fully accept it.
