The declared dispatch time is the estimated period during which the seller prepares your order and hands it over for shipment. This time does not include the delivery itself, which is carried out by the carrier. Once the parcel is dispatched, the seller will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your shipment.

If the seller is a VAT taxpayer, the product price includes VAT, and the buyer can receive a VAT invoice. This means full price transparency and the possibility of receiving an invoice with detailed VAT.

If the seller is not a VAT taxpayer, prices do not include VAT, and the buyer receives a receipt or proof of sale. The price listed for the product is the final price, with no VAT added.

If the seller is a company (entrepreneur) – the buyer benefits from full consumer protection, including the right to withdraw from the contract and warranty rights in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.

If the seller is a private individual – the sale is non-professional and is not subject to consumer protection regulations. In such transactions, the right to withdraw from the contract and warranty rights may not apply.

The seller's status is indicated for each product and determines whether consumer protection regulations apply to the transaction.
